Meet Megan: Holistic Chef, Yoga Teacher and Health Coach based in Maui and LA.

I grew up running barefoot through my grandparents garden in Texas and cooking in the kitchen with my mom. After navigating my own challenges with mental health and an eating disorder, I discovered a passion for helping others on their personal wellness journeys. I specialize in healthy meal prep, cooking for retreats, leading workshops, and providing personalized health coaching. My mission is to provide food and mindfulness tools to help you get in touch with your own intuition. I hope to inspire creativity in the kitchen and healing in the body. The gut is the second brain, so why not fuel it with nutritious food 🙂

Work With Me!

I offer private chef services for retreats, meal prep (maui based only), 1:1 yoga (online or in person), workshops, and content creation for wellness and food brands.

Megan is an AMAZING chef!!! She cooked us three meals per day and let me tell you…. we were all blown away!! Every single person there was SO happy with the food, it was actually a highlight of the whole retreat. Her planning of the meals beforehand was so thoughtful and she was so on top of cooking, buying high quality ingredients and she even went out of her way to find locally sourced meats and veggies! Megan has a love for finding the best quality organic and local ingredients and creating a relationship with the source of her food whenever possible.
