About

Hi I’m Megan! Passionate about food and well-being!

A little on me

I grew up in Paris, Texas, running barefoot through my grandma’s garden and helping my mom in the kitchen. Some of my happiest memories are rooted in those moments—feeling the freedom of nature and the warmth of a home filled with love and good food. To me, life seemed to revolve around food, whether it was harvesting from the garden or watching my mom host family and friends. I was captivated by how nature and nourishment intertwined and how food had the power to bring people together.

I’ve always had a wild, inquisitive, and sensitive spirit, which has profoundly shaped my approach to life and self-discovery. In my early years, I began struggling with mental health challenges and disordered eating. But at 21, a life-changing experience set me on a path of healing, transforming my relationship with myself and the world around me. This pivotal journey ignited a deep passion for health and wellness, inspiring me to explore how the mind, body, and nutrition are interconnected.

My passion for yoga and holistic living has taken me on journeys to various destinations, where I’ve fallen deeper in love with food and wellness practices inspired by cultures around the world. These experiences have not only shaped who I am as a person but have also deeply influenced my skills and creativity in the kitchen.

I deeply believe in the saying “the gut is the second brain,” I found that as I healed my gut, my mental health improved as well. By combining conscious eating, yoga, and other holistic practices, I learned to empower my own inner healer. This journey inspired me to help others achieve a well-balanced life.

During my travels, I worked in restaurants around the world. I became a certified health coach with IIN and completed my YTT with Shefaya Yoga Venice. My mission is to empower and educate others on their wellness journey by nurturing a healthy relationship with food and themselves, embracing mindfulness, and cultivating a supportive community rooted in growth, connection, and balanced living.
