- 1 Banana
- 2 Spring Roll Paper Organic
- 2 tsp Tahini
- 2 tsp Honey i like local!
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 tbsp coconut oil for frying
Slice each banana in half lengthwise. Scoop and spread 1 tsp honey and tahini on each. Sprinkle Cinnamon and sea salt.
Fill a shallow bowl with warm water. Dip one sheet of rice paper in the water for about 5-10 seconds until soft but not too flimsy. Lay it flat on a clean surface or plate.
Place a banana slice in the center of the softened rice paper. Fold the sides over the banana, then roll it up tightly like a spring roll. Repeat with the remaining bananas and rice paper.
Heat coconut oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Once hot, add the banana rolls, seam side down. Fry for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden and crispy.
Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Dip in Coconut yogurt or maple syrup for a little extra joy!
