- 1 4oz Sardines (i like fishwife)
- 1/2 cup fennel bulb sliced
- 1/2 cup cucumber diced
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 small avocado diced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Combine with dressing (below)
Dressing
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp dill
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
